This is one for the books. An 18 Year old on a BMX bike gets police escort off the 405 Freeway. You know how it goes, they shut down all lanes of the Freeway to get this kid safely to the nearest offramp. His buddies probably bet him $100 or a new bike or something if he’d actually ride his bike on the freestyle. Ultimately, a stupid move by the BMX rider but a pretty classic situation. I bet all those cars he held up are pissed. Kids, don’t try this…ever!

Holy smokes folks! Let the progression continue. Travis Pastrana’s cousin Special Greg just pulled a first ever trick on the megaramp, which is called none other than the Special Flip. Man oh man, it takes some serious cajones to go off and do something like this.

Lachlan Cameron shot us over an e-mail with a link to one of his Flatland BMX videos. Needless to say, we liked it. Dude’s getting freaky on 2 wheels, especially the last part in the parking garage. Those are some crazy boomerang variations for sure.

Some of these folks are superhuman or perhaps just plain crazy or maybe they are just jacked on Red Bull. Anyways, this video was one of our favorites just because the course is so genius. A Dirt half pipe for BMX? Who would have thought of that? I bet the snow pipe builders just got some good ideas from this one. We’ll probably be seeing this kind of set up in snow parks next year. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
