FREESTYLE EXPANDS COLLECTION AND ONLINE PRESENCE

Freestyle, the original action sports watch manufacturer, announces new holiday initiatives. After introducing seven brand new watch styles at the August Outdoor Retailer and September Action Sports Retailer trade shows to rave reviews, Freestyle launches two more holiday additions to its surf-inspired collection. The company also announces the re-launch of its website, sponsorhouse.com, and myspace.com.
On November 1st, Freestyle added two new fashion-forward styles to its growing collection: the Kordova and the Vortex; both of which boast Freestyle’s standard ‘Till Death Limited Lifetime Warranty and 100 meter depth rating.
The Kordova is a modern and sleek men’s analog watch complete with three-hand movement, backlight display and stainless steel casing. The watch features a high quality polyurethane band making the watch both comfortable and flexible, and for a unique detail, the backside of the strap is finished with a laser-etched custom pattern. The striping on the face is on point with this seasons apparel trends and is available in color combinations of black with a blue face or silver with a black face.
The Vortex offers a sophisticated case and dial that seamlessly blends fashion with function. This analog watch features multi-function movement with date and 24-hour time; framing the yellow or black face is a stainless steel case with a unique bezel design with the Freestyle logo. This watch will take you from the water to your favorite watering hole in style. The Kordova and the Vortex will be available at specialty retailers nationwide and on Freestyle’s website. Both will retail for $90.00 (black), $80.00 (silver) and $85.00 respectively.
In spirit of updates and new design, Freestyle has re-vamped its website and built new online communities on sponsorhouse.com and myspace.com. The online upgrades open up new lines of communication between Freestyle and its athletes, consumers, and enthusiasts. “Having a solid presence within the online community of surfers, skaters and boarders is fundamental, not only from a branding standpoint but also from a feedback and market research stance,” says Freestyle Marketing Director Chad LaBass.
