Slater Trout
At only 15 years of age, Slater Trout is already on the radar of the worlds elite waterman. This is not your average kid, at 6'1 and ripped, Slater is already competing and winning against seasoned waterman twice his age. With a humble demeanor, strict training regime and love for ocean sports, Slater Trout has already stacked up some significant honors including:
1. Being the youngest competitor invited to the 2009 Quiksilver Kuikaika Big Wave Stand Up Challenge at Makaha Point
2. The only racer under 18, invited to compete in the Gerry Lopez Rainbow Sandal Battle of the Paddle, Elite Division
3. 2-time invitee to the Duke’s Ocean Fest, where he’s claimed 3 Championship Titles.
4. Most recently fighting for a second place finish at The 2nd Annual Gerry Lopez Rainbow Sandal, Battle of the Paddle 2009
