Order Processing and Shipping
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday except for holidays;
  • We attempt to ship all orders within one business day of receipt of a complete order with a valid shipping address;
  • Orders placed before noon central time are usually shipped out the same day;
  • Orders placed after the Friday at noon central time will be shipped on the following Monday, except for holidays;
  • We are unable to cancel orders or change addresses after an order has been shipped, contact us right away if you need to cancel or change the address and we’ll attempt to do so if the order hasn’t already shipped;
  • Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates based upon information provided by the shipping carriers but can vary based on factors out our control.
Expedited Shipping
  • If you need expedited shipping to meet specific delivery times, we strongly recommend selecting a service like Fedex Overnight or Fedex 2-Day service;
  • Fedex Overnight, 2Day and Express Saver shipments deliver Monday - Friday;
  • These orders are expected to deliver one (Overnight), two (2Day) or three (Express Saver) business days after the day they ship, respectively;
  • Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days for Fedex delivery times, it begins the first business day after shipment
    For example, for an order shipping on Friday, Fedex Overnight service would have an expected delivery of Monday, and Fedex 2Day service would be expected to deliver on the following Tuesday;

How fast will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday except for holidays. We attempt to ship all orders within one business day of receipt of a complete order and orders placed before 12:00 Noon CST will ship the same day.

How long will take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times are based on the shipping method selected. Delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are estimates only.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
Delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. We do not provide money-back guarantees. If you have a strict deadline for the receipt of your purchase, we recommend selecting a guaranteed delivery service such a Fedex Overnight or Priority Mail Express services.
My order has not arrived when expected. What should I do?
The first thing to do is to check the tracking information on your package. You will find the tracking information in the confirmation of shipment email you received. Please keep in mind that all delivery time frames listed on the website are estimates provided by each delivery carrier. These time frames are not guaranteed unless specifically noted at a guaranteed service.
I received a message that my package was delivered but it's not here. What should I do?
Receipt of this message indicates that the package was scanned as delivered by the carrier. Sometimes the carriers will scan packages as delivered prior to them actually being physically delivered, but they usually make the delivery within a day or two. Please check your porches, back or side doors, garage area, bushes, mailbox, mailroom or front desk to make sure it’s not hiding. Also, please ask neighbors, housemates, concierges or coworkers (if delivered at work) if they may have received it for you. If your delivery is through USPS then we suggest contacting your mail carrier or local post office with your tracking number to see if they can help you track it down. They should be able to give you the location where it was scanned and the name of your mail person and how to contact them. If the delivery is via FedEx or DHL we recommend contacting them to notify them that the package was not actually delivered and see if they can provide additional information on the delivery location. If you are not able to locate the package please contact us for assistance. Orders that include Protect are eligible for reshipping or a refund if the package is not received. File a claim on the Protect Claim page.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
If your watch hasn't shipped, we can change the address. Just send us a message through the website or at support@freestyleusa.com. If the package has already been shipped, we cannot redirect it. Freestyle is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address.
What if I entered the wrong billing address?
If your order was accepted and confirmed by our system it means your payment was approved by the provider based on the address you entered so you do not need to contact us to update your billing address. If it was not approved you may try to enter a new order with the correct billing address.
I received a message that my package could not be delivered and has been returned to sender. Can it be reshipped?
Yes, we'd love to reship your package. However, there will be a reshipping charge and we may ask for an alternate address.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. There may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before the delivery of your package. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Freestyle. If you refuse the order, you will not be refunded by Freestyle.
International Orders
Any items shipped outside of the US are final sale and non-returnable.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to many countries around the world but the list can change from time to time based on current circumstances. If you enter your shipping address during checkout and no shipping options are offered then we are not currently shipping to your desired location.
Shipping costs and timing for orders outside of the U.S. vary depending on the destination. The shipping costs and timing for international orders are displayed during checkout prior to completion of your order, so you can see the options and costs there prior to completing your order.
Incorrect Addresses
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it.
Freestyle is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address.
Returned/Refused Orders
If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us, the original shipping cost, as well as any return shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be deducted from your refund amount.
What is Protect
Protect is order protection that covers your package in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. If you purchased Protect you can file a claim.
