Due to the impact of widespread power outages and travel constraints caused by Winter Storms Shirley, Uri and Victor, all carriers suspended pickup and delivery operations in our area from Friday, February 12th until Monday, February 22nd. All orders received during that period were shipped on Monday, February 22nd. Due to the impact of the unprecedented weather situation on Texas and the Memphis Hub of Fedex that lasted for nearly a week, FedEx has a significant backlog of undelivered packages which has caused ongoing shipping delays. They are doing their best to catch up as quickly as possible and get all of the late packages to their destination as soon as they can. Unfortunately, FedEx is not guaranteeing any services during this period so we are not able to refund shipping fees as a result. I'm very sorry you are going to receive your order later than expected, we have been assured by Fedex that all of the packages are on the way in spite of the erroneous information in their tracking system.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience! It's been an extremely trying time for millions of people affected by the winter storms and we wish the best for all of those who have been impacted as they recover.
