COVID-19/HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPPING INFO

We are still processing orders at normal speed while observing necessary precautions to keep you and our team safe, however please understand that there may be transit delays via USPS and FedEx due to the impact of COVID-19 and significant increases in shipping volume for the holiday season. Shipping providers have updated their policies to reflect the impact of Covid-19 and the increased holiday shipping volume on their operations, so please check the website of your selected carrier for the most up to date information on shipping interruptions. All carriers have announced that they are unable to guarantee overnight or 2-day delivery services due to an increase in safety precautions for their drivers and support staff. While we are still offering those services, please note that your package(s) could be slightly delayed for deliveryand we will not be able to refund the cost of these services if that occurs.

We expect there will be shipping delays this holiday season, so please shop early to ensure your orders are delivered in time! My order has not arrived when expected. What should I do?
The first thing to do is to check the tracking information on your package. You will find the tracking information in the confirmation of shipment email you received. Please keep in mind that all delivery time frames listed on the website are estimates provided by each delivery carrier. These time frames are not guaranteed unless specifically noted at a guaranteed service.
I received a message that my package was delivered but it's not here. What should I do?
Receipt of this message indicates that the package was scanned as delivered by the carrier. Sometimes the carriers will scan packages as delivered prior to them actually being physically delivered, but they usually make the delivery within a day or two. Please check your porches, back or side doors, garage area, bushes, mailbox, mailroom or front desk to make sure it’s not hiding. Also, please ask neighbors, housemates, concierges or coworkers (if delivered at work) if they may have received it for you. If your delivery is through USPS then we suggest contacting your mail carrier or local post office with your tracking number to see if they can help you track it down. They should be able to give you the location where it was scanned and the name of your mail person and how to contact them. If the delivery is via FedEx or DHL we recommend contacting them to notify them that the package was not actually delivered and see if they can provide additional information on the delivery location. If you are not able to locate the package please contact us for assistance.

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
If your watch hasn't shipped, we can change the address. Just send us a message through the website or at support@freestyleusa.com. If the package has already been shipped, we cannot redirect it. Freestyle is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address.
I received a message that my package could not be delivered and has been returned to sender. Can it be reshipped?
Yes, we'd love to reship your package. However, there will be a reshipping charge and we may ask for an alternate address.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Please note there may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs and fees applied to your order that you must pay before the package can be delivered. These charges are not included of the original shipping amount shown at checkout, and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Freestyle. These costs can vary widely by country so please check with your local customs agency for more details before you place an order. If you refuse the order, you will not be refunded by Freestyle.
What countries do you ship to?
If your package is returned to Freestyle marked as undeliverable or return to sender, a reshipping fee will be required or your order will be refunded.
Incorrect Addresses
