The fine print
Rewards can only be earned for purchases or actions from the day you join, and cannot be backdated. If you feel there is a error in the points recorded in your account please contacts us. Shark Points are redeemed for a code which is then entered at checkout. Codes cannot be stacked with existing Promo codes. Points have no cash value; all discounts and coupons earned are only valid for purchases through www.freestyleusa.com
