We hope you love what you purchased but, if not, we’re happy to try to help! If you have an issue with your order or new product, we can often help you resolve it without returning the item, so please contact us at first to see if there is something we can help you with to avoid the need to return/exchange the product.

If you want to return or exchange the product for a different one, we offer free returns or exchanges of eligible items on domestic orders $50 and over if requested within 30 days after the purchase date. Eligible items on domestic orders less than $50 may still be returned using the return label provided, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or credit. Items must be returned in original new condition with all packaging and tags attached. Items that have been damaged, used, worn, soiled or show any visible signs of use will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your expense. Any items purchased on sale, shipped outside of the US, and all apparel, hats, straps, parts and sticker packs are final sale and non-returnable.

Step 3 Your return/exchange will be processed within 3-7 business days of being delivered back to us
Step 4 Your exchange will be shipped out within one business day after processing the return or payment of the price difference if applicable

We offer returns and exchanges as a courtesy to improve your shopping experience. We try to be honest and fair to you in the returns process and we just ask you to extend us the same courtesy in return!

How long do I have to return an order?
You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Will I be charged for return shipping?
Eligible items on Domestic orders $50 and over are eligible for free return shipping. Domestic items less than $50 (Not On Sale) do not qualify for free returns. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds are to the original form of payment.
Can I exchange my watch for something else?
During the return process, select "Exchange" as your reason. Be sure to include the style # and name of the watch you would like in exchange. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded.
Can I exchange my strap or part for something else?
Items under $50 are not eligible for exchanges. You may choose between a refund to the original form of payment or a store credit which can be used to purchase something else.
The item I purchased was on sale. Can I still return it?
Eligible items purchased on sale are non-returnable.
What if I have a problem with my order but don’t want to return it?

Prepaid Return Shipping Labels
Prepaid return labels may only be used once and are valid for 30 days from issuance for domestic use only. Limit 1 prepaid return shipping label per order. The label is ONLY to be used to return the order for which it was created.
Return Packaging
Returns are processed through USPS, so please package your return carefully in a box or bubble mailer to avoid any damage during return shipment. Any postage due or damages incurred from improper packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Qualifying Returns
Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, or scents will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. A $5.00 restocking fee will be withheld from any return received without its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
All apparel, hats, straps, parts, stickers and sale items are Final Sale items which are not non-returnable or exchangeable.
Shipping Charges and Gift Cards
All shipping charges, gift cards, and store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Lost / Damaged Returns
We are not responsible for lost/damaged returns or packages. It is your responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due it is your responsibility; Freestyle will not reimburse additional charges.
Any falsely filed chargebacks will be subject to a $10 fee. This fee covers the cost of refuting an invalid chargeback.
False Claims
False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
