Freestyle is the United States' Authorized Repair Center for Freestyle Watches

If you have NOT purchased your watch in the United States or need service in a country other than the United States, find the warranty information and the authorized service center in your country.

If you purchased your watch in the U.S. and need service for it, please click on the Next button at the bottom of the page to reach our automated repair service portal. By going through this Easy Click process we will have all of your information on file when your watch arrives which will help us speed your repaired watch back to you as fast as possible.

Within our automated portal we will ask you what service you would like for us to perform. We have developed a flat fee approach to all repairs in order to simplify the process and make it easy to know how much your service will cost you. The cost on each button represents how much you will be charged for the service.

 Please read the following details closely:

  • The cost of the parts and labor to repair a watch that is under warranty is free. However, there is a $9.00 charge for the shipping and handling involved in sending your watch back to you. Watches are returned using USPS. Please note that any watch that is required to be sent outside of the US will be charged for any additional shipping costs.
  • Warrantied parts include the movement, dial and hands. Please consult the warranty information on our web site for more information on what is and is not covered under the warranty
  • If you choose the warranty service but the repair is not covered under warranty, we will send you an email with this information and request your approval of the non-warranty repair fee before repairing your watch. For more information on what is and is not covered under warranty you can refer to the warranty included with your watch or go to the warranty page for your brand on our web site. Please allow extra time for the repair of your watch for this approval process.
  • All service prices include the cost of shipping your watch back to you.
  • We offer the ability for you to select the specific service of replacing a battery or a strap. Please note that the strap replacement service represents the replacement of leather, silicon, rubber or polyurethane straps only and does not include metal bracelets.
  • Non-Warranty repairs include parts (such as case, crystal crown and metal bracelets), labor, shipping and handling, and a new battery. No matter what needs to be repaired or replaced, you will only pay the one price.

After clicking on the type of service you want performed, you will be taken to a page to enter your contact information. This information is critical to our ability to be able to send you updates on the status of your watch as well as provide you the invoice for the service and allow you to pay. Please be sure to fill out all of the fields so that we can get your watch back to you as fast as possible.

Sending Your Watch to Us:

When sending your watch to us please package it in a well- padded box for protection. Please do not include the original packaging as it will not be returned to you after the repair. Be sure to include your printed response email sent to you via email that includes your contact information. We recommend you send your package to us either insured or certified. Freestyle Repair Center cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit to us. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your watch to be returned to you. Payment Information:

After we receive your watch and evaluate it against the service you have selected, we will send you an email with a confirmation of the charge for your repair and a secure link to be able to pay using Pay Pal or a Credit Card. We do not accept cash, checks or money orders. Once your payment is received, we will complete your repair and send the watch to you.
