A set of two (2) stainless steel springbars used to hold a strap on to the watch case. Always follow installation instructions and wear eye protection when installing springbars to avoid injury and damage to the watch. Strap kits already include a set of replacement springbars, you do not need to purchase springbars if you are purchasing a strap kit.

Very well made and easy to put in
I opted to purchase the Shark spring bar instead of possibly ordering the wrong sized generic somewhere else. Glad I did. It’s perfect and my watch will live on!
